How Floor Duty works
Like working the phones — without the office.
1.When a MNTL homeowner without an agent requests a realtor, our system runs a weighted lottery across all active Floor Duty agents. More tokens = better odds.
2.The winning agent receives a preview: the homeowner's region and a short description of what they need. No contact info yet.
3.Spend 1 token to reveal their full name, email, and phone number. You have 24 hours before the match is reassigned.
4.The homeowner is told only one agent will contact them. No spam. They may not be in your market — but a warm referral to a local agent earns you a 25% fee for a 5-minute call.
